Purchased from Akachan Honpo in October 2024. Used for about 5 months. Used frequently for about 4 months, as I also breastfed while lying down. There is one loose thread, but otherwise, there are no stains or dirt. Since this is an item for a baby, please comment if you would like to see additional images or have any questions. I have cleaned it at home and taken care of it. I am still using the small support cushion, so I will only ship the main body.
