This is Donald from the Thomas the Tank Engine Plarail series by TOMY. As shown in the second photo, it was found wrapped in Thomas Town wrapping paper, deep inside a closet. I have no memory of it, but when I opened it, it was Donald. It was stored in a cool, dark place, wrapped in wrapping paper, so I think the condition is good, but since it's unopened, I can't guarantee it will work. Also, since it's old, I think there may be some age-related deterioration, so please check the photos for the condition. Thank you for looking.
