This is a YAMAGA Blanks EARLY FOR SURF 103M. While there are some minor scratches and some rust on the guides, it hasn't been used much, so it's still in good condition and can be used. I'm selling it because I don't fish the surf much and have other rods. I'm also including the tip section, which has a broken tip. The guides on this section are clean. You could use it for spare guides if needed. After use, I washed it with water and dried it.
