New, unused, but I have never worn it since I bought it. It has been stored long-term in a warehouse in a box inside a nylon bag, but there are stains. The black stains may have come from the nylon bag or the box when I took it out. As shown in photo number 6, the gold color on the four gold parts of the suspenders is faded.
