It comes with a removable lace fabric attached to the chest with buttons, so it can be worn on its own. You can also remove it and wear it with your favorite innerwear. There are no pockets; they are decorative. I am selling it because it no longer fits. Measurements are taken using an app. I have also confirmed with a measuring tape. They are mostly accurate, but please understand that there may be some slight discrepancies. I will fold it up small for packaging. There is a possibility of creases. Please understand.
