It's engraved with "FAIRY 99" in silver. I'm not sure if it's silver-plated. I don't know much about it. It's a bread tong. I had about two of these at home. I looked it up, and it seems like they sell for around 6,000 yen each, so I'm selling them here. It has a nice blackish tarnish, typical of silver.
