Among the various types of jungle fatigues, this one is rare, and is a valuable item as it retains all the patches, name tag, etc. 【Condition】 Size is L-L. DSA-100-1387 Both collars have metal Sergeant rank insignia. The right shoulder has a subdued patch of the 1st Cavalry Division sewn on. The left shoulder has a subdued patch of the Military Assistance Command, Vietnam (MACV) sewn on. The name tag on the right chest is embroidered with "MARUYMA" (Japanese-American? Japanese?). The right chest pocket has a patch of the South Vietnamese 22nd Infantry Division sewn on. The left chest has a subdued ARMY tag and Combat Infantryman Badge sewn on. All labels are attached. There are no missing buttons or fabric tears, but the front wind flap (center flap) has been cut off. There is a stain on the back. ⚠️ The biggest question with this item is that the wearer's name is "MARUYAM," who seems to be of Japanese-American descent, and the size is L-L, which is large. There is no particular problem with Japanese-Americans serving, but it is unlikely that Japanese-Americans at the time were as large as Americans, raising the question of whether they really wore a jacket of this size.
