I purchased this at Costco. It's an outdoor chair for kids. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. It has armrests and a drink holder. It comes with a storage bag. I used it a few times at the park. There are small stains on the seat, and the paint is chipped in one place on the steel frame of the legs. Please understand that this is a used item before considering a purchase.
