This is a Bibbidi dress. I purchased it at the Bibbidi Boutique in the Disneyland Hotel in April of this year and wore it from morning to evening. After that, I hung it up for storage and wore it once in November. There is some scuffing on the stomach area in the second picture, but I think it's in good condition.
