I received a doorbell that I had been using for about 10 months due to a move. I was using it until yesterday. The monitor seems to be clean, but I haven't checked the details of the images. The entrance camera is outside, so there is some dirt. The protective seal on the main unit has not been removed. I took a picture of it in the last image.
