This is Kamen Rider Ryuki's Knight Survive figure from the S.H.Figuarts line. I purchased it online when it was released and have kept it stored in a paper bag in a closet ever since. The item is a new, unopened product, but the box has some noticeable damage due to being stored in a paper bag. I've taken some photos of the most noticeable parts, so please refer to them.
