The shank insert marks are also minimal, and it's in beautiful condition. There are two small areas where the plating is thin at the throat entrance, but it's slight; please refer to the photos. It has a somewhat deep, straight-V cup. The throat is a size 20. I think this is a rare item, and it's also difficult to find one in good condition. This mouthpiece was supervised by Mr. Sugiyama, and I'm still hesitant about selling it, so I may cancel the listing if I change my mind.
