Purchased on a Disney Cruise ship in America. The material is soft plastic. My child played with it in the pool. The bottom of the container is mesh, so you can take it out of the water and drain it immediately. See image 5. This item has been played with by a child. There are no tears or damage, but there is some dirt. It has been home-cleaned and stored at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It will be shipped in simple packaging.
