New, unused, with no tags. The design and silhouette are as shown in the photos. The fabric is thin and smooth to the touch. It also has elasticity due to the pleats. The hem is fluttery and has a petal-like design, making it cute. It has a lining, so it is not see-through. I liked it, but I haven't had the chance to wear it, so I'm selling it as part of decluttering.
