It's gorgeous with white polka dots on a black background and frill decorations in a grid pattern ♡ The dimensions I measured are as follows: Dress Length: Approximately 128cm Width: Approximately 50cm Waist (flat): Approximately 38cm Ribbon Length: Approximately 170cm (longest part) Width: Approximately 11.5cm 100% Cotton The waist has elastic only in the back, and you can also tie it with a string. I think it had shoulder pads, but I removed them. I think the fabric is crisp and in good condition. I love it, but I can't wear it well..., so I'd like to give it to someone if they want it.
