This is a BABY, THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT earmuff. It's a product from quite a while ago, but I haven't used it very often. As shown in the second photo, there's some slight discoloration at the top, but I don't think it's very noticeable when worn. It has been stored at home, so there may be other minor scratches or stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The ribbons may get slightly wrinkled during packaging.
