This is a used copy of the PC Engine arcade game Strider Hiryu. It comes with the obi (spine card) and postcard. The obi and the side of the title card have some discoloration. I used this for playing, so I have confirmed that it was working recently. It worked with the Arcade Card PRO and Arcade Card DUO. The disc reading surface is relatively clean, but there are some minor scratches here and there. This is recommended for those who want to play the game, not for collectors.
