This is a set of three items: a nasal aspirator, nail clippers, and a hairbrush. The nasal aspirator worked well, but I only used it 3 or 4 times because I frequently took my child to the ENT doctor. The other two items have been used to a certain extent. The hairbrush has some wear and tear on the bristles, but it can still be used without any problems. These items are marked as made in Japan.
