This cuff list is authentic. Genuine products have a gap between the housing and the anchor (see image 2). Also, the two anchor V4s have faint lines at the vertices of the triangles, which indicates they are genuine. The back of the housing has fine scratches, but there are no deep scratches that catch your fingernail, nor is there any rust. All included parts are present, except for the outer box.
