This item was found while cleaning out my parents' house. I believe it's an old item. It appears to be a replica of a Chinese musical instrument. When lightly tapped with a finger, it makes a sound similar to a wind chime. I don't know the details, but it seems to be made of copper. There is a description in the 9th photo. Thank you.
