This is quite old. I believe I purchased it from a knife shop in Tsukiji. It's for removing bones from fish caught while fishing. It has a good thickness and springiness, but I stopped using it because I lost some grip strength. I don't go fishing anymore, and I found a fish shop that removes the bones for me, so it's no longer needed. I hope someone who can use it will take it. The engraving is not visible.
