Type... This is a pattern for an adult-sized hooded poncho. The size is one size fits all. (Children's sizes are also available.) You can make both an open-front type and a pullover type. It's a pattern that allows you to make two styles with one pattern (the front of the front body differs between the open-front and pullover types, so cut along the line you're making. The cutting lines are illustrated in the instructions.) If you're making both types, please trace the pattern onto a separate sheet. You can use both knit fabrics and woven fabrics (non-stretch fabrics). If you're using knit fabric, please use knit sewing thread and a knit sewing machine needle. There is a short stitch at the sleeve position (hemline side) to allow for sleeves, but you can also create cuffs with buttons. The instructions include how to make both a single-layer hood and a double-layer hood with lining. Depending on the fabric you use, it can look like a coat or a light pullover, so feel free to experiment with your favorite fabrics. The model in the image is 158cm tall.
