This is a semi-formal outfit that was only worn once for my second son's Hatsumiyamairi (Shinto shrine visit for newborns). The size is listed as 5Y, but it fits my son who usually wears 110cm, so I think it's equivalent to 100-110cm. The trousers have button closures but no zipper, as you can see in photos 7 and 8. The back pockets of the trousers are decorative and do not function as pockets. The front pockets are fully functional (see photos 9 and 10).
