(For wheels with short axles, use spacers to extend them to the range where the cutting bit can reach.) ・Pass the cutting bit through the hole near image 4 ① from the back, and tighten the screw on the left side to secure it at a position where the blade lightly touches the tire. (Make sure the blade part of the cutting bit forms a "reverse D" shape when it comes out of the front hole.) ・Apply cutting oil to the blade of the bit.
