This is a supplementary item from the April 2004 issue of a 3rd-grade elementary school magazine. It's from 20 years ago, but it's in pretty good condition because it's been stored in a drawer. I don't remember using the memo pad, but since it's 20 years old, please refer to the second photo. Also, both keys can be opened and closed. In addition, please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about minor scratches, as this is a personal storage and inspection.
