This is a French-made quill pen. I bought it at a shop that sells French miscellaneous goods, but I never used it and just left it stored away. The feather color is dark brown. The handle is beautifully decorated with a leaf relief. The box is tall, so I will open it and wrap it in cushioning material before shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
