This is a Nagoya-style obi with a vibrant camellia design on a black background. Some areas feature gold thread embroidery and gold paint. As it's a piece from about 50 years ago, there are some stains visible on the white background. There are no fold lines on the otaiko (back) section, but there are some on both sides of the maehara (front). Perhaps this would be a convenient obi for those who love antique kimonos?
