This is a dry junmai ginjo sake made entirely with Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 60%, brewed with No. 9 yeast, and offering a well-balanced dry taste while retaining the umami of the rice. With a low alcohol content of 14%, it's easy to drink and pairs well with Japanese cuisine. The back label features a design inspired by the jersey number of Hisashi Mitsui, the three-point shooter from the manga "Slam Dunk." The author of Slam Dunk is actually a fan of "Mitsui no Kotobuki" (Mitsui's Longevity), and incorporated the name into the character. Slam Dunk fans, please enjoy! No gift box included.
