This is a Halloween costume for babies and children. The size is suitable for children who typically wear sizes 70 to 90. This was custom-made, and my child wore it only once for Halloween when they were 1 year old. The hat has elastic, and the pumpkin pants have elastic in the waist and hem. It has only been worn once, so it is in very good condition. My child wore this over a black long-sleeved T-shirt and black leggings.
