This is a handmade genuine leather pen holder refill for the Mini 6 size, finished with hand-stitching. The base is made of black saddle leather, and the pen loop is made of green vegetable-tanned leather. The stitching color is deep green. *Please refer to images 8-11 for an example of how it is attached. *Only the pen holder refill is for sale. The planner and ballpoint pen are not included. **Size** For the photos, we used a "uni-ball one P" (W13.9×D19.2×H116.8mm) and a "Pentel ENERGEL" (W11×D16×H147mm). It can be used for pens with a shaft diameter of approximately 14mm. **Leather** Saddle leather (neck).
