There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think it's in good condition, so you can still use it. I'm selling it because my preferences have changed. The size of the wear is 7 (XXS). I am 153cm tall and of average build, and I usually wear S-M size. It fits just right (with a sweatshirt or other warm clothing underneath), so I think it's about the same as a regular S size.
