It's a 12cm kappa (raincoat). I bought it because of the cute design. I haven't actually worn it much, but it was worn by a child, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. I think the condition is good. It's a brand called conoco from Birthday. There is no name written on it. The first photo looks dark, but the actual color is like the close-up photo in the third picture. It can be stored in a bag with the same pattern.
