This is a ticket holder that was sold in the early days after Tokyo DisneySea opened. Although it is unused, there is some clouding on the metal parts, and scratches and slight stains are visible on the surface of the vinyl part. I don't think there is any noticeable major damage, but it is a used item that has been around for many years since its purchase.
