I purchased this from Light Up. It has a black base with a rose pattern. The roses are printed, but they are drawn with beige and light gray lines, creating a lovely design (Image 7). This ensemble has a luxurious feel and I wore it only once for a family celebration. The blouse-jacket is like a jacket and had shoulder pads, which I removed. The dress has shoulder pads. It comes with a belt made of the same fabric and belt loops (unobtrusive).
