Adjustable. ❇️ Lining is added to the top of the skirt for about 20cm. This helps to create volume. ❇️ Material: Poly-cotton (2 yards of Hawaiian fabric, approximately 1.8m used) ❇️ For heights around 120cm (This is just a guideline.) ❇️ Skirts with a length of 55cm can also be made.
