Unused, but has been stored for a long time. The manufacturer is TOMBOW, and the pencils are MONO B. The outer plastic wrap is still on, but there is a small tear in one place (photo 4), and the case has some yellowing and dirt (photos 5 and 6). The pencils themselves are clean on the illustrated parts, but the plain part of the second light blue pencil from the left seems to be yellowed. Please understand this before purchasing.
