This is a Cinnamoroll snowflake cape plushie. It's cute in its winter outfit with a cool color scheme! It's generally clean because it's been kept in a bag. It's new and unused, but the cotton in the upper right ear has slightly shifted downwards. It shouldn't be too noticeable unless you touch it. Please be aware of this if you are concerned.
