This is a Weiss Schwarz trading card set featuring various characters, specifically from The King of Fighters (KOF). It's likely from 2009, as I remember buying a starter deck, so it's probably the older version. If I counted correctly, there are 205 cards, plus the three sleeves in the last image, a card stopper (Mai Shiranui), and a collection card key visual. I believe there's a mix of cards from booster packs and the starter deck. I haven't played with them, and they've been stored in a dark place. I think the cards that came with the game are also sleeved, but they are unopened. The only foil card is Kula Diamond, and the key visual. Everything is shown in the images.
