The left earphone is not producing any sound. Also, while there are no noticeable issues, there are some minor scratches from normal use. Therefore, please be aware that this is a junk item. All accessories are included. The box is also included, but it has some tears. I have disinfected it with alcohol, but please understand that this is a used item that has been used by someone else before purchasing ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
