This unit is primarily used to temporarily fix a floating tremolo system and stabilize tuning. It's a high-spec tremolo stopper. This is a used item, with the main unit and replacement parts for sale. All parts are genuine and in good working order. The included thumb screws for fixing are the type without rubber bushings. I used it on an Ibanez EDGE for several months. It's the large clamp model. While there are some signs of use, there is no extreme wear or damage. It is known in recent years for being used by Guthrie Govan. It allows you to set the floating tremolo to down-only or hardtail mode, making it easy to change to drop D tuning. It is basically a model that attaches to tremolo systems where the strings do not pass through the sustain block.
