Thank you for viewing. This is a YAMAHA double-leg cymbal stand, capable of both boom and straight stand configurations. The stability is outstanding; I've used it for about 15 years and it has never fallen over during a performance. I believe this stability is the most important aspect of a cymbal stand. (However, please note that it is very heavy.) There are slight blemishes (dullness/rust) on the metal parts, but they can be removed with metal polish. There is no deterioration or damage to the rubber parts, and everything functions normally. I have no complaints about its performance, but I am selling it to lighten my equipment load. I hope a young and energetic YAMAHA drum fan drummer will take it over.
