There are cracks in the lacquer finish, but there are no operational issues. There are many scratches, but it has been used for a short time and stored well, so there is no deterioration of the footswitches. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. I have not personally experienced any issues, but returns are not accepted to prevent swapping.
