The length of the dress in the photo was measured with the adjuster fully extended. The skirt has two layers of lace. The color is white, but not pure white. It's more of an off-white, as shown in the photo. After removing the name sticker, there was some stickiness, so a new one has been applied. Please understand that this is a used item.
