This is a high-neck, cropped top. The fabric is stiff and sturdy. I cut the tag off, but I'm selling it because I only tried it on and never had a chance to wear it. I'm also selling it elsewhere, so get it while you can! Shoulder width is about 36cm, chest width is about 32cm, and length is about 46cm.
