This is a set of Dean Koontz's "Watchers," volumes 1 and 2. I used to own this and wanted to reread it, so I found it on this site and purchased it. I read it once with a cover I made myself. I couldn't find the original listing information to reconfirm, but I believe I purchased it as "used with some scratches and stains." Due to its age, there are minor signs of use, discoloration of the paper due to aging, stains, and creasing.
