It appears to be from 1988 and 1991. I photographed them still in their bags, so the designs may be difficult to see due to the reflections. This is a set of plastic rulers: two 10cm rulers (clear) and one 12cm ruler (pink). From a quick look, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but since they are old, there may be damage that isn't visible from the outside (the bags have tears and stains). To avoid any issues, I recommend that those who are at all concerned about the condition refrain from purchasing.
