This is a NEO GEO CD game software. I no longer use it, so I've been storing it. The case has scratches and stains. The instruction manual has stains and folds, but I don't think there are any tears or missing pages. The CD also has some scratches and stains, but there are no major scratches and it seems to be in relatively good condition. I don't have the console, so I haven't been able to confirm its operation. I think there may be oversights or differences in opinion regarding the condition, so please understand that this is a used item that has been in long-term storage and purchase accordingly.
