I made a bracelet with Karen silver and natural turquoise. (This is a remake of a previously listed item. The size is slightly larger, and the clasp has been changed to a heart shape.) Karen silver is a high-purity silver accessory handmade by the Karen people, an ethnic group living in the mountains of Thailand and Myanmar. Compared to regular silver accessories, it has a higher silver content and is characterized by its slightly softer material. Various motifs such as nature and animals, and a wide variety of delicate engravings are applied, each with meanings such as warding off evil, fertility, and prosperity.
