This is an outfit I ordered in Tanzania, Africa. The asymmetrical mermaid skirt is incredibly cute. The bottom has a lot of volume and is lovely. Because it's a foreign product, the tailoring isn't as meticulous as Japanese items, but I've been washing and wearing it in the washing machine without any problems. It would look even better if you ironed it.
