There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there are some minor scratches from use. The items in the photos are all that are included. The baby bottle, bottle cap, and nipple are not included. All other parts are included, so you can use it immediately if you have a Pigeon breastfeeding bottle. Please check the photos. The outer box is damaged.
